If you have been blogging for a while and are starting to gain traction I would recommend increasing your frequency to twice a week.

At this stage you should have a good handle on how to produce quality content and promoting your blog should be getting easier.

As you start to get more comfortable with the process you can increase your frequency even further.

I wouldn’t recommend posting more than three times a week unless you have a team of people helping you or you are really passionate about it.

Posting too often can lead to burnout and lower the quality of your content.
